General terms on Refunds

Reasonable grounds for cancellation are instances where the gift package received is damaged or contains faulty information, which was not entered by the customer. In the following cases, the customer also has a legal right to demand repeated service delivery free of charge.

The customer has no grounds to receive a refund before the order has been accepted as canceled on reasonable grounds.

The customer has legal rights to receive a full refund within 7 days after the order has been approved as canceled.

The refunded money will be transferred back to the same payment account from which the payment was initially received.

In cases of online Star Registration, only the customer has the legal right to amend their registration information in the registry within 30 days after receipt of the service free of charge, even on occasions where the customer has made a mistake while filling the registration information.

The customer has no grounds to cancel his or her order based on the gift package's delayed delivery. Star register bears responsibility only for the services it provides, whereas delivery companies are third party contractors.

The customer has no grounds to cancel his or her order later than 30 days since receipt of the services in cases of reasonable grounds or later than 7 days in Online Registration cases only without having reasonable grounds.
